Central-Asian power-energy company says National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan approved report on bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, CTECb1) offering for period from December 3, 2016 to June 2, 2017

/KASE, August 2, 2017/ – Central-Asian power-energy company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 27, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE Main Market, Bonds Category, CTECb1) of Central-Asian power-energy company in the period from December 3, 2016 to June 2, 2017. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review. As of June 2, 2017 774,024 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
