/KASE, August 10, 2017/ – National Company KazMunayGaz (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that "on July 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of NC KMG
decided to transfer 50% of the subsoil use right under the Contract for combined
exploration and production of hydrocarbon raw materials on the Isatai site".
