/KASE, August 11, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies
of letters from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated August 8, 2017 according to which the National Bank approved reports on
results of offering of the following bonds of Kaspi Bank in the period from
January 1 to June 30, 2017:
- KZP04Y10B467 (KZ2C00001428, KASE main market, category "bonds", CSBNb8);
- KZP05Y10B464 (KZ2C00001410, KASE main market, category "bonds", CSBNb9).
According to the letters provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review.
