/KASE, August 11, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
August 8, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP04Y10E834 (KZ2C00003309, KASE Main
Market, bonds category, CSBNb18) of Kaspi Bank in the period from December
30, 2016 to June 29, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of June 29, 2017 9,016,321 bonds are not
placed with no offering in the period under review.
