Ordinary shares KZ1C60130016 (KZ1С00001452, MEGA) of Mega Сenter Management underwent procedure of listing on KASE by category "standard" of main market

/KASE, August 18, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 18, 2017, ordinary shares KZ1C60130016 (ISIN – KZ1С00001452) of Mega Сenter Management (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "standard" of the main market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue dated October 15, 2015, the issue of authorized shares of Mega Сenter Management was divided in 145,780,600 ordinary shares which were assigned a national identification number KZ1C60130016. The issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. A6013. Said shares were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MEGA. Main activities of Mega Сenter Management: trust management of real estate and other property, transactions involving real estate, investment activities, opening of trade centers.
