Bonds KZP01Y05F571 (KZ2С00003986, SNRGb2) and KZP02Y05F570 (KZ2С00003994, SNRGb3) of Samuryk-Energy underwent procedure of listing by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, August 18, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 18, 2017 the following bonds of Samuryk-Energy (Astana) were included in KASE official list's main market's category "bonds": - KZP01Y05F571 (KZ2С00003986; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR, 30/360); - KZP02Y05F570 (KZ2С00003994, KZT1,000, KZT28.0 bn; 5 years, quarterly coupon 12.50 % APR, 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally. Said bond issues are the first and second ones under the first bond program of Samuryk-Energy registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on August 3, 2017 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn and, respectively, the second and third issues of said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. BCC Invest - subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the bondholders' representative. Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is a financial advisor to Samuryk-Energy. Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) SNRGb2 and SNRGb3, respectively.
