/KASE, August 24, 2017/ – Qazaq Banki (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the following

Qazaq Banki (hereinafter – the Bank) announces that as part of the Bank's
recapitalization plan 2017, 3,200,000 ordinary shares in the amount of KZT3.2 bn
were sold, with the Bank's shareholder capital increasing to KZT38.7 bn. The
equity, accordingly, rose to KZT45.3 bn.
Another replenishment of the shareholder capital is a scheduled step
demonstrating shareholders' willingness to fully support the Bank to ensure the
financial stability and further stable growth.
