/KASE, August 31, 2017/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated August 23, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report
on results of the offering of bonds KZPC1Y20C367 (KZ000A0T9AL7, KASE main market,
category "bonds", TSBNb7) of Tsesnabank for the period from January 12 to
July 11, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; 515,800,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced as of July 11,
2017.
