/KASE, August 31, 2017/ – Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "both the annual general meeting of the Bank's shareholders, scheduled on 28.08.2017 and the repeated annual general meeting of the Bank's shareholders, scheduled on 29.08.2017 failed to take place due to no quorum".
