/KASE, September 6, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
August 28, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP01Y10E053 (KZ2C00001618, KASE Main Market,
bonds category, CSBNb10) of Kaspi Bank in the period from January 20 to
July 19, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of July 19, 2017 260,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
