Development Bank of Kazakhstan says Standard & Poor's affirmed ratings of bank, revised outlook from negative to stable

/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following: quote ... S&P Global Ratings (hereinafter – the Agency) has revised the outlook on the Bank's ratings from "Negative" to "Stable". At the same time the Bank's long-term and short-term foreign and local currency issuer credit ratings were affirmed at "ВВ+/В". Simultaneously, the Agency affirmed the rating on Kazakhstan's national scale at "kzAA-".
