KazTransOil announces resumption of validity of June 19, 2017 order on approval of temporary compensatory tariffs for regulated service of water supply over KazTransOil's trunk pipelines following decision of Astana special inter-district economic court

/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – KazTransOil (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release of September 14, 2017: quote "KazTransOil" JSC announces that by the decision of the specialized inter-district economic court of Astana city dated August 31, 2017, "KazTransOil" JSC was refused to satisfy the application for cancellation of the order of the Acting Chairman of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 128-OD dated June 19, 2017, “On the approval of the temporary compensatory tariffs on regulated service on water supply via trunk pipelines of "KazTransOil" JSC.
