/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on
September 13, 2017 the "Issuer Day" was conducted on KASE, with KazTransGas
having conducted a presentation for existing and prospective investors with
regard to proposed issue and offer of the company's Eurobonds.
The event was organized by SkyBridge Invest. During the presentation,
representatives of KazTransGas informed investors about the upcoming offering
and told them about the company's performance.
Upon meetings with prospective investors that are expected to be held also in
the US and London, depending on the market conditions, an offering of USD-
denominated 144A/RegS senior unsecured guaranteed Eurobonds, issued in
compliance with 144A/RegS, with a 10-year maturity and guaranteed by Intergas
Central Asia, is expected. It is assumed that the Eurobonds will be listed on
the Irish Stock Exchange and KASE.
The purpose of the Issuer Day on KASE is waking interestedness of investors
towards issuer and increasing awareness of investors of the issuer's
activities.
