/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 7, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP07Y10B668
(KZ2C00002707, KASE main market, category "bonds", MREKb8) of Mangistau
Distribution Power Grid for the period from January 15 to July 14, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of July 14, 2017 27,780,000 bonds remained unplaced.
