/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 7, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y01F525
(KZ2C00003937, KASE main market, category "commercial bonds", MREKb10) of
Mangistau Distribution Power Grid for the period from June 14 to 20, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of June 20, 2017 1,500,000 bonds were
outstanding.
