/KASE, September 14, 2017/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated September 11, 2017, according to which the National Bank approved
the report on results of offering of bonds KZP04Y05E057 (KZ2C00001972, KASE
Main Market, category "bonds", CSBNb13) of Kaspi Bank in the period from
February 8 to August 7, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review; as of August 7, 2017 300,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
