/KASE, September 15, 2017/ – National Company Food Contract Corporation
(Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the
letter of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
September 4, 2017, according to which:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the company's
shares for the period from May 16 to July 1, 2017;
- as of July 2, 2017 all shares of the company were outstanding; its
shareholder capital totaled KZT81,259,548,000.00.
