/KASE, September 21, 2017/ – National Company KazMunayGas (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE thaqt "JSC NC “KazMunayGas" ("KMG" or the "Issuer") and
KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub B.V. ("KMG Finance") announce a consent solicitation in
relation to the outstanding notes issued by KMG".
