/KASE, September 21, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 21, 2017, securitized bonds KZ2P0Y05F556 (KZ2P00003957; KZT43,299.62, KZT4,329,962,000.00; 5 years; monthly coupon, 35.80 % APR for the first 48 months; 30/360) of Special financial company Capital Group (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's alternative market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Freedom Finance (Almaty) is the bondholders' representative. BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is a financial advisor to Special financial company Capital Group. Main activity of Special financial company Capital Group is carrying out of securitization transactions. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) CPGRb1.
