/KASE, September 22, 2017/ – Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir (Almaty,
hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:
- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Company's shares in
the period from March 12 to September 11, 2017;
- as of September 11, 2017, 107,600 ordinary shares of the Company remained unplaced.
