/KASE, September 22, 2017/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 21, 2017, bonds
KZP03Y02Е650 (KZ2C00004042; KZT1,000, KZT8.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon
12.50 % APR; 30/360) of Subsidiary bank Home Credit and Finance Bank (Almaty)
were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of September 22, 2017, since
the issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the bondholders' representative.
BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is a financial advisor
to Subsidiary bank Home Credit and Finance Bank.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) HCBNb4.
