whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the following:

... on June 12, 2017 the Company paid out dividends for H2 2016 in the amount
of KZT4,828,224,549.29 (equivalent to USD15,318,943.30 as of the payout day).
The payout date for the second, the final, tranche of dividends due for H2 2016
is scheduled for September 25, 2017.
