/KASE, September 25, 2017/ – Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 18, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y05E657
(KZ2C00002517, KASE main market, category "bonds", HCBNb2) of Subsidiary Bank
Home Credit and Finance for the period from February 12 to August 11, 2017.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of August 11, 2017 8,231,498 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
