/KASE, October 17, 2017/ – Tsesnabank (Astana, hereinafter – the bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of registered changes and additions to the issue
prospectus of the bank's shares and a certificate of state registration of a
securities issue of October 6, 2017, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions to the bank's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
the bank's authorized shares;
- the total number of the bank's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C33820016 makes
up 279,500,000 pieces; that of preferred shares KZ1P33820112 – 2,500,000
pieces;
- said shares issue was included in the State registry of serial securities
under No. А3382;
