/KASE, October 17, 2017/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanai, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 11, 2017, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of the information about non-placement of the
company's shares in the period from April 3 to October 2, 2017;
- as of October 2, 2017, 55,340,000 ordinary shares of the company remained
unplaced.
