/KASE, October 24, 2017/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid (Aktau), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

On October 19, 2017 international rating agency "FitchRatings" (hereinafter –
Fitch) downgraded the long-term issuer default ratings in foreign and national
currency from "ВВ" to "ВВ-" and put them on Rating Watch Negative following a
change of ownership.
The rating of the Issuer's internal bonds NIN KZP06Y10B660, KZP07Y10B668,
KZP08Y10B666 and KZ2C0Y01F525 was downgraded from "ВВ" to "ВВ-".
