/KASE, October 31, 2017/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
"on October 30, 2017 international rating agency Standard & Poor's upgraded
the company's credit rating from "ВВ" outlook "positive" to "ВВ+" outlook
"stable". Also, Standard & Poor's withdrew the rating assigned to the issue of
indexed coupon bonds of Kazakhtelecom (No. D61, NIN KZ2C0Y10D612) due to their
full early buyback".
