/KASE, November 6, 2017/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty,
hereinafter – the bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the National Bank's letter
dated October 31, 2017, according to which:
- National Bank took note of the bank's shares non-placement in the period
from April 19 to October 18, 2017;
- as of October 18, 2017, 5,160,886 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced.
