listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

On November 01, 2017 Zhaikmunai LLP and RoK Ministry of Energy (Competent
Authority) entered into Supplementary Agreement # 14 to the Contract 81 dated
31.10.1997 for additional exploration, production and hydrocarbons sharing
(production sharing) at Chinarovsky Oil and Gas Condensate Field.
