In October number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on KASE decreased by 6 %

/KASE, November 8, 2017/ – In October 2017 the number of individual accounts involved in transactions in shares on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), decreased by 6 % as compared to the previous month. While the percentage of individuals in the gross turnover of shares in monetary terms decreased to 46.6 % from 61.5 % in September 2017. As of the end of October at Central Securities Depository (hereinafter – CSD) there were 108,644 personal accounts opened by individuals, which is by 222 accounts less than at the end of the previous month, and by 3,325 accounts more than at the beginning of 2017.
