KazTransOil announces signing agreement between government of Republic of Kazakhstan and government of Russian Federation on defining status of process oil in trunk pipelines Tuimazy-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2 and Omsk-Pavlodar

listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
press release of November 10, 2017:

The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the
Government of the Russian Federation on the determination of the status technological
oil of "Tuymazy-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2" and "Omsk-Pavlodar" trunk oil pipelines was
signed by the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Bozumbaev and
the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation A. Novak during the XIV Forum
on Interregional Cooperation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian
Federation with the participation of the Presidents of two countries,
which was held in Chelyabinsk on November 9, 2017.
The signed intergovernmental agreement recognizes the right of ownership:
- by "Transneft-Ural" JSC (a subsidiary of "Transneft" PJSC) for a part of oil
in the Russian section of Omsk-Pavlodar oil pipeline in the amount of 62,048
tons;
- by "KazTransOil" JSC for a part of oil in the Russian section of Omsk-Pavlodar
oil pipeline in the amount of 79,680 tons;
- by "KazTransOil" JSC for oil in the Kazakhstan section of Tuymazy-Omsk-Novosibirsk-2
oil pipeline in the amount of 62,048 tons.
