/KASE, November 10, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board, as of November 13, 2017 the following details of bonds
KZ2C0Y12F019 (KZ2C00003333, KASE main market, category "bonds", KZIKb27, KZT1,
KZT30.0 bn; 12 years, annual coupon 8.40 % APR; 30/360) of Mortgage Organization
Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) will be changed in KASE trading systems and
data bases:
- NIN of said bonds was changed from KZ2C0Y12F019 to KZ2C0Y10F013;
- maturity of said bonds was changed from 12 to 10 years;
- interest rate on said bonds was changed from 8.40 % APR to 10.50 % APR;
- coupon payment periodicity was changed from once a year upon expiry of
each year of the bonds' circulation to twice a year upon expiry of every six
months since the bonds' circulation start date.
This decision was taken based on copies of the certificate of the National Bank
of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue dated
November 7, 2017 and amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus
(in Kazakh and Russian) –
