Listing Commission approves inclusion of proposed Eurobonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan in KASE official list by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, November 15, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated November 15, 2017 a consent was given for inclusion in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category of proposed Eurobonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana). This decision is also a decision on inclusion of said bonds in KASE official list by said category, which will be put in effect as soon as Development Bank of Kazakhstan fulfills terms of items 1 and 3 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". More details of said bond issue will be released on KASE website upon putting into effect of the Listing Commission's said decision. [2017-11-15]
