As of November 16, 2017 Kazakhtelecom bonds KZ2C0Y10D612 (KZ2C00000826, KZTKb2) removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, November 15, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of November 16, 2017 bonds KZ2C0Y10D612 (KZ2C00000826, KASE main market, category "bonds", KZTKb2; KZT1,000, KZT45.5 bn; October 30, 2009 – October 30, 2019; semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) of Kazakhtelecom (Astana, hereinafter – the Company) were removed from KASE official list at the issuer's request. In KASE conclusion of November 8, 2017 it is said that KASE received the following documents from the Company: - an application of October 23, 2017 for a voluntary delisting of said bonds; - an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors on November 3, 2017, where a decision was taken to annul said bonds; - a copy of the register of holders of the Company's securities, according to which as of October 14, 2017 all of said bonds in the number of 45,500,000 pieces were in its personal account for accounting of securities bought back; In view of the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of chapter 3 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules", said bonds were delisted. Said bonds were included in KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category on October 30, 2009; since June 1, 2017 they are in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
