/KASE, November 21, 2017/ – ASYL-INVEST (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated November 9, 2017, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the
period from April 15 to October 14, 2017;
- as of October 14, 2017, 1,498,361,547 ordinary shares and 499,806,628 preferred
shares of the company remained unplaced.
