KASE Management Board takes decision on inclusion of Agrarian Credit Corporation bonds KZ2C0M09F687 (KZ2C00004141, AGKKb9) in KASE official list by category Commercial Bonds of main market

/KASE, December 4, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of December 4, 2017 bonds KZ2C0M09F687 (KZ2C00004141; KZT1,000.00; KZT15.0 bn; 9 months; fixed coupon, will be determined upon the first successful auction; 30/360) of Agrarian Credit Corporation (Astana) were included in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of the main market. The Management Board decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Tsesna Capital (Astana) is the representative of holders of said bonds.
