/KASE, March 16, 2018/ – SFK Capital Group (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2P0Y05F556
(KZ2P00003957, KASE alternative market, category "bonds", CPGRb1,
KZT43,299.62, KZT 4,329,962,000.00; September 29, 2017 – September 29,
2022; monthly coupon, 35.80 % APR for the first на 48 months,1.50 % APR
thereafter; 30/360) and a certificate of state registration of a securities
issue of February 28, 2018 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Bank's bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an change in the circulation
term of these bonds;
- the circulation term of these bonds was changed from five to seven years;
- national identification number of these bonds was changed from
KZ2P0Y05F556 to KZ2P0Y07F552;
- start date of circulation of these bonds was changed from the date when these
bonds were included in KASE official list to the date of first successful
trading on offering these bonds;
- interest rate on these bonds is 38.80 % APR for the first two years of
circulation, 36.10 % APR for the third and fourth years of circulation,
9.70 % APR for the fifth, sixh and seventhyears of circulation.
