/KASE, March 26, 2018/ – In accordance with a decision of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of March 20, 2018 information on bonds
KZ2P0Y05F556 (KZ2P00003957, KASE alternative market, category "bonds", CPGRb1,
KZT 43,299.62, KZT 4,329,962,000.00 bn; September 29, 2017 – September 29, 2022,
monthly coupon 35.80 % APR, 30/360) of SFK Capital Group (Almaty) was changed in
KASE trading system and databases.
- National identifying number (NIN) of these bonds was changed from
KZ2P0Y05F556 to KZ2P0Y07F552;
- circulation term was changed from five to seven years;
- interest rate was changed and makes up 38.80% APR during first and second
years of circulation, 36.10% APR during third and fourth years of circulation,
9.70% APR during fifth, sixth and seventh years of circulation.
This decision was taken based on copies of a certificate of National Bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of the securities issue and
amendments to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds of February 28, 2018
(in Kazakh and Russian).
