Bonds KZ2P0Y07F552 (KZ2P00003957, CPGRb1) of SFC Capital Group removed from KASE official list as of October 15, 2018 at issuer's request

/KASE, October 12, 2018/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) bonds KZ2P0Y07F552 (KZ2P00003957, KASE alternative market, category "bonds", CPGRb1) of SFC Capital Group (Аlmaty) will be removed from KASE official list from October 15, 2018. In KASE's conclusion of October 10, 2018 it is said that KASE received the following documents from SFC Capital Group: - an application of October 5, 2018 for voluntary delisting of said bonds; - a copy of the register of holders of the company's securities, according to which as of October 5, 2018 said bonds remained unplaced; In view of the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of chapter 3 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules", said bonds were delisted. Said bonds were included in KASE official list's by the "bonds" category of alternative market. Trades in them opened on September 29, 2017. [2018-10-12]
