/KASE, December 20, 2018/ – Corporation Tsesna (Astana, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 7, 2018, according to which:
- National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of the company's
shares in the period from April 10 to October 9, 2018;
- As of October 9, 2018 28,726,243 ordinary shares and 1,250,000 preferred shares
of the company were outstanding, the company's shareholder capital equaled to
KZT39,952,486,000.00.
