/KASE, August 26, 2020/ – RESMI Finance and Investment House (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by the decision of Board of Directors of July 28, 2020 and August 5,
2020, the following persons were removed from the Board of Directors.
- K.K. Mazhibayev, a member of the Board of Directors;
- E.M. Ibrayev, an independent member of the Board of Directors.
Given this change, the Board of Directors of RESMI Finance and Investment House
now comprises three people: E.Zh. Koshkinbayev, A.A. Manaenko and E.M. Kanatbayev.
