/KASE, September 8, 2020/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
September 2, 2020 the following changes were made to the composition of the
Management Board:
- removed: A. Tatybayeva – Chairperson of the Management Board;
- elected: Z. Skakova – Chairperson of the Management Board, O. Kim
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of RESMI Finance &
Investment House consists of three persons: Z. Skakova, A. Beksatova, O. Kim.
