/KASE, October 5, 2020/ – RESMI Finance and Investment House (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors of September 30, 2020, A.K.
Keulimzhayeva elected member of the company’s Management Board.
- A.M. Beksatova, a member of Management Board, has been excluded;
- A.K. Keulimzhayeva, a member of Management Board, has been elected.
Given this change, the Management Board of RESMI Finance and Investment House
comprises three people: E. Skakova, O.G. Skakov, and A.K. Keulimzhayeva.
