/KASE, October 29, 2020/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will take place
on November 19, 2020 at 10:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- on changing the name of the company.
