/KASE, December 23, 2020/ – RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
take place on January 20, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as
follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on election of new members of the company's Board of Directors;
- on approval of the composition of the Board of Directors, their term of
office, as well as determining the amount and terms of payment of
remuneration to a member of the Board of Directors in connection with the
expiration of the term of office of the previous composition of the company,
- on approval of the revised Regulations on the Board of Directors;
- on cancellation of the earlier taken decision of the extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of the company on the issue of changing the name of
the company
- on changing the name of the company.
