/KASE, April 28, 2021/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 28, 2021, common shares KZ1C00001304
(KASE alternative market, sector "shares", IRPM) of Irtysh-Polymetal JSC
(Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision was made on the basis of the statement of Irtysh-Polymetal JSC on
voluntary delisting of these shares from KASE official list and is effective
from April 29, 2021.
These shares had been included in the second category of KASE official list
since October 4, 2016, and from June 1, 2017 they had been in the "shares"
sector of KASE official list's alternative market. Trades in them had been
opened since October 5, 2016.
