/KASE, August 10, 2021/ – Tin One Mining JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
the decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 6, 2021 the
following members were elected to the Board of Directors:
- Y. Yeszhanov - member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- N. Dovbnya - member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
The Board of Directors of Tin One Mining JSC now consists of five persons: A.
Seydullayev, N. Dzhanabekov, I. Shevelev, Y. Yeszhanov, N. Dovbnya.
