/KASE, December 3, 2021/ – KazTransGas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
following:

By the Resolution No. 852 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated November 30, 2021, KazTransGas JSC was assigned the status of a
National Company. By the Resolution No. 853 of the Government of the Republic
of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2021, KazTransGas joint-stock company
was renamed into National Company "KazTransGas" joint-stock company. By
the Resolution No. 854 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
November 30, 2021, National Company "KazTransGas" joint-stock company was
granted a preemptive right for exploration and production at gas and gas
condensate fields.
