/KASE, December 3, 2021/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), which is the
management company of interval unit investment trusts, whose units are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed the KASE
"about the termination of the Agreements on representing the interests of
holders of bonds without No. from August 29, 2014, from December 31, 2014 and
No. 1 of September 20, 2017, with First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (previously –
ATFBank JSC) and termination of its functions from December 29, 2021 on the
basis of the treaties on termination of the Agreements dated November 30,
2021".
