/KASE, August 15, 2022/ – YURTA Finance & Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 29, 2022 E. Kharina
was elected the acting Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of YURTA Finance &
Investment House JSC consists of three persons: E. Kharina, Zh. Zhomartova,
A. Aimagambetov.
